Our SOCKAC and GRACE/RED CIRCLE kids and adults OWNED the stage on July 8, 2023!!
Everyone from the greeters to admissions, to camera and video to props to photo kiosk to actors and actresses to make-up did an AMAZING job! Our mentors, playwriter, and mentors went beyond in service to the kids! These mentors are heroes and special a blessing! Everyone had a star on the Red Carpet!!!!
Meet our mentors who worked passionately to encourage the kids and ensure all the details were taken care of. They are our HEROES! Security--Malcolm McKinney; Taema Frank-red carpet manager; Tonya Bertrand and Fonda Chapman- admissions and greeting; Matt Hebert and Felicia Gallow-- marketing and sales; Angela and Maggie Fontenot-- Finance; Mrs. Jessica- greeters, props, curtains, set up and all around; Kayra Guillory and Linda Cooper-- hair and make-up; helped with props--Kelly Guillory; managed power point entertainment--Angel Guillory; the techs from New Way-- helped with meals; our MC--Dena Smith; filming-Gary Leleux; assistant producer and my running partner--Donnie Taylor; our partners and friends from GRACE/RED CIRCLE-- Carleen Bellard, Orlandar Jack, Cynthia Charles, and Lorthia Thomas; our friends from afar, (Franklin and Lafayette)--Aurelian Gunner, Atty Susan Dorsey, Natalie and Leo Spencer; Janice Fontenot- casting director; play writer Karen Matthews; our spiritual leaders and all around help--Pastors Steven and Sarahi Sawtelle! These heroes ROCKED! I am so deeply grateful for each of them!
